About Us

We have been professionally converting vans for 6 years. Our owner, Cassidy, is a 3rd generation finish carpenter with a long history in the off-road world. To learn more about Cassidy and his work experience in the van conversion industry, please check out our About Us page.

We have worked on 100+ vans.

We typically complete 12 full build vans a year. Since we offer a wide variety of services (i.e., diagnostics, consultations, partial builds, and upgrades), we work with an additional 20 vans per year.

Our team consists of 4 valuable individuals. We decided to keep the team small to keep the integrity and quality that the company has been built upon and known for. We are dedicated to focusing on efficiency over expansion.

Yes, our shop visits are by appointment only. During your shop visit, we will show you the vans we are currently working on, meet the team, and briefly discuss your interest in a camper van conversion.

Our shop is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Vans

We solely convert Mercedes Sprinter (144, 170, and 170 EXT) and Ford Transit (148 and 148 EXT) crew and cargo high-roof vans.

Although most of our customers are based in the Reno/ Tahoe area, we have built vans for customers in Nevada, California, Oregon, Colorado, Idaho, and Utah. Our client network continues to grow as we provide our services to those living in the continental U.S.

Our clients provide the base vans. We have connections with local Mercedes Sprinter and Ford Transit dealerships if you need assistance with finding a base van.

We have created a Buyer’s Guide with ideal van specifications for an adventure van conversion and recommended local dealers to work with in sourcing your van.

Yes, we do full builds.

Yes, we do partial builds that can be completed in phases.

The cost of a conversion varies based on the level of customization and the materials used. Basic conversions start at around $50,000, while more luxurious and customized conversions can exceed $150,000. We provide detailed quotes after an initial consultation.

The duration of a conversion depends on the complexity and customization required. On average, a full conversion can take anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks.

We use materials and components that are marine grade, automotive approved, and/or certified by government agencies. We believe in putting durable products in our vans that we use personally and have been thoroughly tested.

Yes, we specialize in custom conversions tailored to your specific needs and preferences. Our team works closely with you to design and build a van that meets your unique requirements.

We do a 70/30 payment breakdown. The down payment (70% of total on quote) allows for us to order all your materials so that it arrives at our shop prior to your build beginning. This down payment also covers our operating costs while we build your van. Upon delivery and satisfaction of your van build, the final payment (30% remaining) is due before your van leaves our shop.

After putting together an individualized quote, we require a signed service agreement and down payment to book your build slot.
Warranty & Maintenance

We provide a one-year warranty on all our conversion work, covering any defects in materials and workmanship. Specific components may come with their own manufacturer warranties.

We offer remote support to help troubleshoot any issues you might encounter while on the road. In case of significant problems, we ask that you bring your van to our shop for us to troubleshoot issues in-person.
